The Bourb Inn Cabin Lodging
Where’s Waddy and “wad’ do ya” do in Waddy and what do you do in Waddy? The allure is how close this small Kentucky town is to so many fabulous attractions.
Near Frankfort, KY, and between Louisville and Lexington, this beautiful homestead is within 15 miles of five of Kentucky’s seven largest distilleries, making it the perfect place to settle down for bourbon explorers. Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve, Jim Beam, Bulleit Distilling, and Four Roses are all nearby, as are many other small distilleries like Jeptha Creed, Whiskey Theif, Castle & Key, and Jeffersons.
Considering that both Louisville and Lexington are just 40 minutes in either direction, The Bourb Inn Kentucky cabin lodging is also great stomping grounds for Kentucky Derby guests and any racetrack fans bound for Churchill Downs and Keeneland. It’s also a great alternative for University of Kentucky football and basketball games, and family weekends; same for University of Louisville. Louisville Mega Caverns, Kentucky River Tours, Canoe Kentucky, and Elk Creek Vineyards are also easy day trips. Kentucky’s two largest cities boast fabulous restaurants that appeal to every palate, while small-town eateries offer down-home cooking and farm-to-table dining.
Our cabin lodging and grounds are a great respite for travelers who enjoy the simple life, swinging on the wrap-around porch or meandering down shaded trails that link the property and adjacent farms. If your pleasure is sipping bourbon around a firepit or stargazing in an open field, this is your kind of place. Furnished with all the finer comforts of home, there’s no “roughing it” at The Bourb Inn. WiFi and smart TVs keep you connected and entertained if that’s how you prefer to unwind.
Guests can book weekend getaways, week-long vacations, and extended executive business lodging. The Bourb Inn guests often find that they never want to leave!
Our objective is to make you feel right at home in Kentucky - and to make it easy for you to enjoy all that this beautiful stretch of the Bluegrass State has to offer!
